I didn't know about Greek yogurt until last year and I didn't know about flax seed until about four years ago. But, they are both amazing. Flax seed is this amazingly nutritious ingredient that can be added to just about anything and will help with cholesterol and so many other things. If you haven't researched flax seed before, now is the time to look into it.
Greek yogurt is the yummiest yogurt on earth is the healthiest yogurt on earth. We use plain Oikos Yogurt very often as a substitute for sour cream. Now, Greek yogurt is rather pricey. Sour cream is about 1/5 of the price, but I am telling you that Greek yogurt is worth every penny. I haven't tried the flavored Greek yogurts yet, but I hear they are yummy too!
Do you love flax seed and Greek yogurt as much as me? If you haven't tried any, go out and get some and tell me about your impressions about these ultra-health foods.

Being a Greek girl, I definitely enjoy Greek yogurt (which I originally typed as "Geek" yogurt, nice).
I also enjoy flaxseed, but my first experience with it almost ruined it forever! I bought Uncle Sam cereal (with flaxseed) and was disgusted! Have you ever had this cereal? It's unbelievably nasty. I thought it might be because of the flaxseed (since I'd never had that before), but then I had a granola bar with flaxseed, and I loved it! Just never get Uncle Sam cereal, barf!!
I can't say that I have ever tried Uncle Sam cereal, so thanks for the heads up. I'll stay away.
I'm geek about greek yogurt too!
I know it's a lot of trouble and maybe not worth it to you, but do you know that you can make your own Greek yogurt simply by straining plain yogurt through a coffee filter for a few hours? We love both Greek yogurt and (even more) yogurt cheese which has been strained overnight or for a full day in the fridge. It's so thick that it works even as a healthy cream cheese substitute. And if you make your own yogurt (it's easy, really!) it is very affordable :-).
Another food to get into is hummus. Very, very good for you, filling, and has the good fats (which is excellent for fertility!). Easy to make on your own and actually tastes better that way, too.
